California strawberries

From the field to the pallet.

We work with growers in California's coastal strawberry regions. Every step is photographed on the farms we buy from.

    Grow

    Strawberries are grown in long raised rows on California farms.

    Pick

    Crews pick the berries by hand, and cartons are staged right at the field edge.

    Pack

    Berries go straight into clamshells, and the clamshells are packed into flats.

Garlic from China

How our garlic gets packed and loaded.

    Workers sort the produce by hand for size and quality, then bag or box it.

    Packed goods are racked in cold storage until the shipment is ready.
